Antillean Restoration was founded by Deon Marecheau out of a passion for building and a mission to transform the customer-contractor relationship. A University of Pennsylvania graduate with over a decade in residential and commercial construction, both domestically and overseas, he saw firsthand on the client side how many contractors left jobs incomplete and customers in the dark. Antillean is the answer to that: organized, transparent, and accountable. Deon is also deeply fond of the Lehigh Valley. Its rich history, its old structures, and its beautiful landscape are a big part of why so much of our work is about preserving and improving the places that give the region its character.

Deon's standards were shaped, in part, during his time at Lutron Electronics, the Pennsylvania-founded global leader in lighting controls. Working alongside one of the most respected names in the industry, he absorbed a culture built on precision, engineering rigor, and a relentless focus on the customer experience. That background is why Antillean treats communication, follow-through, and getting the details exactly right as non-negotiable, and it's where our specialty in smart lighting and control systems comes from.

Today our team brings 45+ years of combined experience and includes electricians, field engineers, carpenters, plumbers and skilled artisans. That depth means most projects stay under one roof: general contracting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, automation and commercial lighting control commissioning.
